Chateau Dumont Condominium has Deluxe 2 to 3 bedrooms and 2 bath Units. The main Master Bedroom has a king size bed, a flat screen television and beautiful vaulted ceiling with sky lights. The second bedroom has a queen size bed or twin beds separated to each other. Bathrooms are newly renovated in an antique style with glass and mirror works on the surrounding walls and a glass cabin shower. Some of the Units have view facing rooms, large windows; comfortable beddings that can sleep 4 to 6 people normally while others have micro fiber misty pull-out sofas for extra guests to stay.

This Condominium is fully furnished with wood finishes, hardwood floors, vaulted ceilings and skylights. It has a modern fully stocked kitchen, granite counter tops, stainless steel appliances, microwave, refrigerator and attached service bar where guest could sit for small meals. Chateau Dumont Condominium features a beautiful open courtyard in the compound of the building where guest could fire up a community barbeque grill and make their evening a memorable one. The complex serves an underground parking and an onsite off-street parking on first come first serve basis. All the units of Chateau Dumont Condominium give you spacious, airy and bright living space, large windows that overlooks to the Rockies from morning till evening and front views of Aspen Mountain.

Parking slots are allotted on the first come first served basis. There is an underground building parking and an onsite off-street parking served free by the condo.

The condo does not allow pets in any case.

We provide free access to washing machine and clothes dryer inside the Unit.
