The Fifth Avenue is located on the base of Aspen Mountain in Aspen Colorado. We offer the perfect Colorado Ski experience with ski-in/ski-out accommodation at Fifth Avenue. For summer adventures we are on some of the best hiking and mountain biking trails in Colorado. Only two blocks from the Silver Queen Gondola and Historic Lift 1A this condominium is very close to the city shops, restaurants, stores, galleries and night clubs. Enjoy the kick-back vibe at the Fifth Avenue, and make great Alpine getaway and ski vacation memories.
Fifth Avenue Guest Accommodation:
The Fifth Avenue has two to four bedroom Units in a variety of Economy, Standard and Deluxe Condominiums. It has dozens of slope side rental condos and each reflects modern style and ambience. The Master bedroom features a king bed and the other rooms have either Queen Bed or a set of twin beds separated with each other. All the rooms are very cozy and well lighted with glass windows which open towards the Northeast and overlook the shimmering town of Aspen. There is a TV in the master bedroom and Loft area. The bathrooms have all the essentials, a shower and a bath tub.

Fifth Avenue Guest Amenities:
Fifth Avenue has beautiful modern Condos with open floor plan that features a central core great room with Glass hallways leading to the bedroom pods and all the rooms focusing either towards the Northeast side city lights and Aspen Mountains towards the rear side. The open Living Area is anchored on one side by the modular gourmet kitchen with professional gas stove, refrigerator, microwave, oven, dishwasher, wood cabinets and hardwood floors. The other side is joined by the Breakfast Bar and a dining table where our guest could have small meal or homely dinner together. Living area has vaulted ceilings, huge wood burning fireplace, flat screen TV, comfortable seating and stunning views of Aspen Mountains.
The condo units also feature an in-unit washer and dryer for the convenience of Laundry service in a private closet. A heated pool and hot tub completely satisfy our guests who want to relax on a vacation after retiring from the Mountains. The premiere full spa service and fitness facility can be availed at Aspen Club and Spa. Some units feature private balcony that overlooks the mesmerizing views of Aspen.
The Condo also provides a complimentary package for on-site parking, internet, Aspen Airport transfer and passes to Aspen Club and Spa.
