You see a name like CP Burger, and you assume you are going to be chowing down on a big juicy greasy hamburger. While that certainly is available if that’s what you’re looking for, they have a lot of other great options as well. CP Burger sells beef burgers, falafel burgers, and tuna burgers. They also have kale salad, truffle parmesan fries, and some soft-served yogurt. And if you’re of drinking age, you can even enjoy some spiked milkshakes for dessert.
If the parmesan truffle fries do not tickle your fancy, they do have regular fries and sweet potato fries as well. For individuals who are not a big fan of fries, they also have tater tots. If you like a little spice in your food, don’t forget to check out their fire burger which is guaranteed to take your breath away.
What They’re Known for: Above all us, CP Burger is known for one thing: Being one of the best places to get a burger in Aspen. You haven’t really had a burger in Aspen until you’ve had one at this dining establishment.
What to Watch for: During the winter, consider enjoying the rink side entertainment while you eat on the patio and watch ice skaters. (In the summer, it’s mini-golf instead.)
