Hops Culture prides themselves on cooking everything from scratch using fresh, seasonal, and local products. They serve delicious, comforting and wholesome American food at a decent price. Each night features a dinner special, and from 3p-6p, you can find après specials where skiers coming off the slopes can find delicious food and beverages at awesome discounted prices. The kids menu offers pretty typical kid food like PB & J, Grilled Cheese, and Mac N’ Cheese. Beer is what Hops is known for, though. You can’t come to a place like Hops and not try some of the best beers and ciders from around the globe. You have a lot to choose from. To finish off the night, toast your own S’mores tableside. The kids will love it!
What They’re Known for: Beers and ciders. At Hops Culture, beer is no joke and they are proud of what they provide. Hops features 200 unique craft beers and ciders from around the world. 30 of those beverages are poured fresh from a state of the art draft system. Beers come locally from Colorado to beyond the United States from Germany and Belgium. There’s even a Coconut Porter all the way from the Maui Brewing Company in the Hawaiian Islands. There is always something new to try at Hops thanks to their continuously rotating selection. Beer is their business and they make sure they find the best quality on the market for your beer drinking pleasure.
What to Watch for: Price. While the food prices seem pretty typical for the area, there were many reviews that suggested the beer prices were overpriced. Hops has responded by providing some lower priced choices and of course there’s always the Après specials from 3pm-6pm to help keep those prices lower.
