Peach’s Corner Café is exactly what you think of when you think café. It’s a quaint little restaurant on the corner of Hopkins and Galena in downtown Aspen. Open for breakfast and lunch, Peach’s a great place to grab a delicious bite to eat. If you are heading to ski in the morning, Peach’s offers breakfasts to keep you going on the slopes.
Using organic free-range eggs, their breakfasts pack a lot of flavor and offer some unique dishes that you may not find anywhere else. Using quality, all-natural, organic ingredients means their food is not just tasty, but healthy too. Vegetarians will be happy to find many items on their menu catering to their diet, but meat eaters will not be unsatisfied. Peach’s offers a small, but well-rounded appetizing menu.
What They’re Known for: Local sourcing. Peach’s Corner Café sources the best baked goods from the various bakeries around Aspen.
What to Watch for: Not much for the kids. While Peach’s Corner Café has a limited menu in general, this is one area where it might make it hard for families. Offering just two items on the kids menu could mean families ruling them out for breakfast or lunch if the kiddos aren’t happy with the minimal offerings. However, what they do offer for kids tends to be things that are well received by most children.
