The Beaver Run Resort and Conference Center is located near the bottom of Peak 9 in Breckenridge, CO. This hotel has direct ski-in/ski-out access to the mountain. This resort also has hotel suites that range from 600 sq. ft. to more than 1,200 sq. ft. There is an executive suite that can accommodate as many as 20 people. The larger suites come with a fully equipped kitchen, queen size beds, private balconies, and a wood-burning fireplace.

The arcade and game room are located near the skyway that crosses between buildings 1 and 2. This area has a wide variety of arcade games, an air hockey table, and a miniature golf course. The Beaver Run Conference Center is located next to the Breckenridge ski slopes at the base of Peak 9. This is the largest conference center in the Breckenridge area. The conference facilities are located in building 1.

Coppertop Bar and Cafe – This bar is located next to the Breckenridge ski slopes. This is the perfect place to enjoy apres ski hours and sunny afternoons. Skiers and snowboarders will hear live music here, and you will be able to select from a menu of hamburgers, pizzas, and assorted grill foods.
Base Nine Bar – The Base Nine bar/lounge is located inside of the Beaver Run Resort and Conference Center. This bar has tv screens and billiard tables.
Skywalk Market – This market has sandwiches that are available throughout the day. Guests may shop here for groceries and Breckenridge souvenirs. The market can also deliver freshly made pizzas to your room at Beaver Run.
