The Warming Hut Restaurant’s goal is to serve local, seasonal Colorado comfort food in an atmosphere that leaves you feeling warm and comfortable. The Warming Hut chooses the best Colorado produce, meats, dairy, micro-brews, wine and liquor straight from Colorado farms and producers. Located just 300 free from the gondola and the Breckenridge Transit Station, the Warming Hut is an easy location to get to.
The décor is very charming. You will feel very welcome walking in the door here. Don’t expect your typical fast on the go lunch fare here though. The menu has a large selection of tempting delicacies like the Colorado ranch slider trio featuring three perfect little sliders; one beef, one bison, and one lamb. The Colorado elk jalapeno cheddar brat is not something you will find elsewhere. It’s juicy and spicy and very unique. There are traditional items on the menu like burgers and fish tacos if you aren’t too adventuresome in your meal choices. Dinner has many of the same lunch items, but features a few more interesting temptations like duck breast Bordeaux and prime rib. The menu has a large variety and there is sure to be something on it to please everyone.
