Eight K is an ideal choice for a romantic or anniversary dinner. They strive to create refined mountain cuisine, inspired by southern dining, in a sophisticated mountain setting. Guests can warm up by the fireplace or grab a drink before dinner at the 87-foot glass bar. In the evenings, patrons are serenaded by live Spanish guitar as they enjoy unique takes on comfort.
What They’re Known for: Eight K is known for creating an intimate and private dining experience. Many tables are divided by a wall or a screen, ensuring that your conversations remain private and giving guests the illusion that they are the only ones in the restaurant. Executive Chef Will Nolan strives to balance mountain cuisine with the recipes from his native New Orleans, creating an interesting balance of both. The Trout a la Meunière and the Rabbit Pot Pie are both highly recommended by guests.
