The Lodge at Steamboat
These condominiums are only about 200 yards away from the gondola at Steamboat Springs. Skiers and snowboarders can easily walk to the slopes for the day and the walk to the ski resort is only a few minutes. The condos at the Lodge at Steamboat Springs have beautiful interiors and generally incorporate lots of native woods for a very authentic mountain feel.
Cimarron Townhomes
Possibly some of the best luxury townhomes that are anywhere near the Steamboat Ski Resort. These townhomes consist of more than 20 different units that are 4 and 5 bedroom townhomes for rent. All of the rental units are within walking distance from the ski slopes and gondola. Access to the mountain is easy and this is a great place to stay during your vacation in Steamboat Springs.
The Ranch at Steamboat
Fully equiped condominiums close to the ski resort. You may rent condos between 1 and 4 bedrooms here and you are just a short distance from the ski slopes. Most guests use the complimentary shuttle to head to the mountain.
The ranch features a full fitness center with 3 hot tubs (1 indoor and 2 outdoor), 2 saunas, exercise equipment and 4 tennis courts for use in the summer. There is also a conference center that can be used for any corporate outings.
Highmark Steamboat Springs
Stay within a short walk of the ski slopes at Steamboat at the Highmark. These rental units are located just 300 yards from the mountain base area. There are 23 units available or rent here and they are all equipped with a full gourmet kitchen and plenty of electronic entertainment to keep the family busy. There is an ipod docking station and a DVD/games library in the living room of each rental unit.
Sheraton Steamboat Springs
This resort hotel is less than a 1 minute walk from the ski slopes and Ski Time Square dr. You can walk right to the gondola and all of the shops and dining at the Steamboat Springs base area. Rooms at the Sheraton feature a 32″ flat screen TV, and in-room safe and all of the amenities that you would expect from a top notch lodge at Steamboat.
Promontory Condominiums
These rental condos can be an ideal place to stay in Steamboat on your ski vacation. If there is enough snow, and you have the speed and the guts, you can ski right up to condos when you are done skiing. For everyone else, these condos are less than a 5 minute walk from the ski slopes. The Promontory condos feature a heated outdoor pool for winter use. This is also usually one of the cheaper lodging options within walking distance of the ski resort.
