If you’ve ever been here, you know that there is only a narrow alley between the two mountains, and there just isn’t much room for more. But don’t fear, there is plenty of lodging closeby in Glenwood Springs. But if you are looking for Sunlight Mountain ski in – ski out lodging or even something where you can walk to your room, Brettelberg Condos and Sunlight Mountain Inn are your options.
Brettelberg Condos – Ski in, Ski Out
Brettelberg Condominums are the only true ski in, ski out lodging in Sunlight Mountain resort. Located on skier’s right, just above the base area, this is not the standard condo block you are used to seeing at the big resorts. Only a couple stories high, this property is small and quiet and if you can manage to find an opening, the best spot on the mountain..
Sunlight Mountain Inn
The Sunlight Mountain Inn is a 20-room bed and breakfast located just across the parking lot from Sunlight Mountain Resort. Our best guess is that it’s a 60 yard walk to the slopes from their front door. Boasting some of the only food available at the Mountain. This is a highly rated, clean Sunlight lodging option that is great if you want to stay close, instead of in Glenwood Springs.

Glenwood Spring is a town of only 9800 year round residents, but it povides big from all of the tourism for skiing and the hot springs.
