Lion Square Lodge in vail
This ski lodge is located at the bottom of the Eagle Bahn Gondola in Vail, CO. Guests at the Lion Square Lodge can walk directly from the bottom of the gondola to their condominium or hotel room. The Lion Square Lodge is also home to the Mezzaluna Restaurant which faces the ski slopes and gives diners a pristine view of the mountain.

These condominium residences range from 2-6 bedrooms. These newly built condos provide luxury accommodations for anyone who is visiting the Vail Valley. Living rooms have a luxurious feel with gas burning fireplaces and private balconies overlooking Lionshead Village. This building is located about 150 yards away from the ski slopes.

The outdoor heated swimming pool is open year-round. This patio area has 3 large hot tubs that are only a few feet away from Gore Creek and the ski trails.
Business and Meeting Facilities
There are 2 main meeting spaces at this ski lodge; The Wildwood Room and the Gore Creek/Columbine Room. Both of these rooms are divisible into smaller spaces to suit the needs of your event or meeting.
The outdoor tent space is located creek-side, behind the Lion Square Lodge. This grassy area can be a great wedding venue during the summer or fall months. The gondola is also located just a few steps away from this lodge, and this can give guests quick and easy access to the most popular wedding venues on top of the mountain.
Food, Dining, Apres Ski
Mezzaluna – Mezzaluna is best known for its Mediterranean-Italian cuisine and gourmet pizzas. This restaurant is open for breakfast, lunch, and dinner service on a seasonal basis. There is an outdoor patio that may be used for guests during the summer months. This patio overlooks the pool, river, and ski mountain. You can expect to pay $25-$30 for an entree here. Pizzas will cost about $15.
