With the look and charm of a ski chalet, the Vail Marriott Mountain Resort is nestled at the bottom of Vail Mountain and is one of Colorado’s most esteemed resorts. Inside this beautiful resort is the 7 one 5 restaurant. The relaxed, but sophisticated setting is perfect for the resort-style living at the Marriott. Chef Mark Millwood has used his experiences in California, New Orleans, Japan and Colorado to create an eclectic American menu. With a large variety of small and large plates, you will want to keep coming back to try more inspired dishes. In addition, an elaborate breakfast buffet is the perfect beginning to a busy ski day in Vail. One of the great things about this restaurant is how family oriented it is. Boasting a kid’s dinner buffet, the kids will be able to fill their bellies with all their favorites like pizza, chicken tenders, mac and cheese, and a scrumptious dessert bar. The regular entrees are all expertly prepared, and you will not be disappointed.

It’s a favorite amongst the reviewers.
What to Watch for: Expensive. Fine dining restaurants in the middle of luxury resorts are expensive. You get what you pay for.
