El Sabor is a Latin American restaurant focusing on heritage inspired dishes from Mexico, South America, Central America, and Spain. They have a menu that changes dramatically depending on the time of day: Breakfast features grab-and-go style food with a Latin American flair so you can get on the slopes more quickly. Lunch is a “street-cart,” theme, focusing on modern takes of the meals you would grab off of carts in various parts of Central and South America. At dinner, they create sumptuous full entrees in a relaxing, yet vibrant atmosphere.
In addition to the varying foods, El Sabor also maintains and extensive selection of Tequila, Rum and Pisco for those looking to enjoy libations with their meal. They’re right next to the gondola, so stop in after hitting the slopes or even in between runs.
What They’re Known for: The food at El Sabor is inspired by numerous trips to Latin American countries and they strive for a blend of comfort and authenticity. They have an extensive menu with everything from simple tacos to more elegant choices. As well-known as they are for their food, their selection of alcohol is also quite impressive. In addition to specialty spirits, they also maintain an impressive wine list and selection of local and imported beers.
What to Watch for: El Sabor is popular and as such, service tends to be on the slow side. During peak times, plan to enjoy some drinks and conversation with your meal and the time will fly by.
