Ludwig’s Restaurant transports patrons from the Rockies to the Swiss Alps, with their exquisite view of the mountain and equally delicious food. Ludwig’s specializes in gourmet Austrian and excels at creating a fine-dining experience with apt attention to detail, award winning service and an exquisite wine list. For those with dietary concerns, the whole menu is gluten-free and all ingredients, including pasta and bread, are made in-house. Ludwig’s is an excellent choice for a business dinner or romantic occasion, and one you’ll never forget.
What They’re Known for: Ludwig’s is known for their elegant, gluten-free menu. All ingredients are the highest quality and components of the meal, such as the bread and pasta, are made in the restaurant for the freshest possible taste. Chef Florian Schwarz develops new takes on traditional Austrian cuisine that are both delicious and authentic. The Pacific Salmon is a popular favorite, so be sure to try it when you visit. Both their wine list and service are award winning and it shows, as they have immense attention to detail.
What to Watch for: Ludwig’s is expensive, and appetizers, drinks, dinner and dessert can quickly clean out a wallet. The food and service are more than worth the price, but patrons should plan their evening around dinner, especially since everything is made fresh to order, rather than expecting to grab a quick bite before another outing.
