One of the newest restaurants in the Vail area, Nudoru Ramen Bar has quickly started gathering positive feedback. Located next to the Holiday Inn, this is a convenient spot for many tourists to visit. They offer a variety of unique ramen noodle dishes as well as other Asian street-food style meals. Nudoru is the best place to experience authentic Asian street food while still enjoying the atmosphere of a Japanese restaurant.
The staff is all very friendly and attentive, and you can tell they enjoy their jobs. It’s no coincidence they also have a reputation for excellent service so far. They use the freshest produce available and cook every meal to order. The portions are large. Many say a bowl of noodles is really big enough for two to share. The prices are not outrageous for the area which makes this an excellent, relaxing afternoon lunch stop that won’t kill your budget.
What They’re Known for: Making ramen noodles part of the Vail foodie scene. This is not the stuff we ate in college.
What to Watch for: Many of the dishes contain nuts of some sort, which is something to watch out for if you have peanut allergies. They are perfectly willing to prepare any meal on the menu without peanuts, you just need to make sure they are aware of your allergy when you order.
