Beaver Lodge and Condominiums
The original Beaver Lodge is just as old as the Winter Park Ski Resort. This lodge is still in business alongside of the newly developed Beaver Village condominiums and townhomes, as well as a second lodge that has been built here. The Beaver Village property is located less than a 5 minute drive to the north of the ski resort. Below you can see more info about the lodge, the condominiums, and all of the amenities that are available to vacationing skiers and snowboarders here.
Beaver Lodge Room Details
There are two small lodges at Beaver Village – The Beaver Lodge and the Lake Lodge. Both of these lodges are located just across the street from the Beaver Village Condominiums (see below for condo info). These lodge rooms are a great option if you would like to save money by not staying slope-side.
Beaver Village Condominium/Home Details
In addition to the Beaver Lodge, Beaver Village also has several townhomes, condominiums, and private vacation rental homes. This is one of the closest private neighborhoods to the bottom of the ski mountain. Most of these vacation rentals are not intended to be luxury homes, however some of the rental units that have been recently remodeled are fairly nice. Beaver Lodge Property Amenities
The hot tubs and the restaurant/dining hall are both located in the main lodge building. There is a separate clubhouse building with different amenities that is available to all of the guests who are staying in the village townhomes and condominiums. Food and Dining
There is a small eatery in the Beaver Lodge that serves a hot breakfast and dinner buffet on a daily basis. Kids under 5 eat here for free! A free all-you-can-eat breakfast buffet is also included in the price of your lodge room.

How far is the Winter Park base area from the Beaver Village Lodge?
This mountain is about 1 1/2 miles away from here.
How long is the walk into downtown Winter Park?
This is within walking distance and there is a sidewalk to get you there, but this is more than just a few steps. This property is right near the southern edge of downtown, so most restaurants are within a 10-15 minute walk. The free town bus can take you right into town as well.
Does this lodge provide airport transportation from Denver?

Are there any common complaints about this property?
Some of the condominium buildings are located alongside of the train tracks and this can be very noisy during the night.
